“The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all.”

“The ladies at the front desk at night and in the morning were awesome very friendly and helpful. I especially thank the help they gave us in the morning I had an interview with a construction company very early and they helped out my family members without hesitation... If I go back I will stay again”

“No I did not use the laundry service but I did see that they had one. The room was ok . Could have had more towels for the amount of ppl in the room. The bathroom was a lil out dated. Kitchen amenities could have been more. Parking was ok the area was well lit. Other than that the overall stay was good. ”

“Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign).”

“1. Water from bathroom faucet are coming very slow 2, drinking water two bottles were given on very first day 3. Breakfast even not sufficient for every guest. If you go few hours after 6 am food is not sufficiently available ”

“The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms...

“Everything was so convenient. I enjoyed my stay so much. My favorite part about the hotel was the area that we were in and how convenient it was for us to go to the store. The beds were absolutely comfortable.”

“The staff were kinds, but it felt like the basic level you'd expect. The room was decent, though the floor/ceiling seemed thin since noise from the room above carried easily. There were some construction cones and debris around the property with no active work happening which I found odd. The breakfast and bar area was pretty small. Overall, it was a decent stay for business, but not the best if you're looking to unwind. ”

“Staff was very kind. Building is not in the best condition. If you value silence this hotel is not for you. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom had a lot of hair - not cleaned well. Housekeeping comes at 9am with new towels and a change of sheets. Nice area”
