“the room was very clean and spacious, lovely rain shower. check in was easy in the restaurant below and the staff were really helpful. there is a separate door for guests in the rooms so you can let yourself in at any time of day/night. a small outdoor space. car park very close by and reasonably priced. no charge on Sunday. very convenient for walking into town. would definitely stat again if i return to Winchester, which is a fabulous historic town”

“Welcoming and friendly host (Julia) who met us on arrival and showed us to our room after showing us the breakfast room and downstairs facilities. Bedroom was well furnished and clean as well as the very large bathroom which had both shower and bath. Small fridge in bedroom stocked with chilled water and milk and lots of supplies to make drinks. Very quiet area, peaceful sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast (continental), self-serve. Parking on site, felt a safe area to walk to local restaurant....

“Lovely little Hotel right in the center of Romsey. Parking is Free in Council Parks from 4pm until 8-30am. Good food in Restaurant for evening meal and also for Breakfast. I would advise people to be careful on the Main stairs as it is an old building and these need to be taken with care. ”

“By sheer chance we ended up at the Three Cups - and it is a delightful family run traditional (as in 500 years old traditional) coaching inn. Complimentary water, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and a bottle of beer provided. Thanks for acknowledging partner's birthday - card appreciated. Although the room fronted a busy road, the double glazing was very effective. Air con also worked well. Food and drink were good and took advantage of the fixed price evening meal - well priced and beautifully cooked....
