Rooms are standard issue Comfort Inn but generally well-maintained and quiet. Breakfast consistently good in terms of quality and variety. ”

“Struttura veramente triste. Offre una sensazione di usurato e leggermente sporco. Camera ok (a parte una macchia sulla moquette vicino al letto che mi conferma l'idea di poco pulito). La stanza non è accogliente come di solito sono le stanze di hotel. Un po' "disordinata": ad esempio i cavi della lampada e del telefono sono "appesi" un po' alla meglio e aggrovigliati sotto il comodino. Mi ricorda tanto il triste pensionato studentesco ai tempi dell'università. Sconsigliato.”

“I was very happy to be greeted by Sandy at check-in, as she remembered us from our last visit. She offered us snacks, water, and ice cream.
The room was clean and spacious, but the walls were thin. Since we were on the far end and top floors of the building, the WiFi was very weak and sporadic.
That being said, you can't beat the hospitality at this hotel; it is the friendliest and nicest experience we've had yet on this road trip. ”

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”

“Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! My husband was a patient at Cleveland Clinic and I appreciated the hospital discount. The staff was helpful when I had to get back into my room. Bed was nice, Clean frig, lots of space. Great stay!”

“This was our second time staying at this property. Sunday morning was very busy and the breakfast area was a mess, trash over flowing, no syrup, empty waffle mix, milk empty. And no person around to work the dining area. I was very upset with the amount of money we paid to stay here that this was the condition for breakfast. The other mornings were better during our stay but Sunday was very disappointing ”

"Ottima la stanza con cucina, frigo mastodontico e piastra a induzione, ma senza nessun attrezzo di cucina, mancava l'asciugacapelli. Considerando il costo, la colazione era vergognosa. Nessun piatto, solo qualche snakes e degli yogurts. Non previsti: fette di pane, granola, latte fresco, confettura, burro, formaggio, frutta e succo di frutta. "
