“The stay was awesome. I want to mention that There is a gentlemen by the name of Gagan. He was the receptionist and very rude when I was trying to get help with an issue online. I specified that my agent from Expedia was trying to call. The agent called 3 times and no answer. So I went to the front desk to bring this to his attention and he laughed in my face and said “do you see anyone on the phone, do you see the phone ringing??” After that I spoke with the very nice manager. “Pet friendly, room was spacious and clean (king deluxe), bath tub could be updated but bathroom over all clean, staff was not overly friendly but not rude, quiet hotel. Stayed in other hotels in the area and this was by far nicer.”
