“The gym was incredible. The equipment was very new and clean. The mirrored wall expanded the room nicely. The stay would have been perfect if Spark had coffee makers in the room. I suppose the lack of coffee in the room is a cost saving measure.”

“Nice rooms updated fairly recently. Hallways and elevator were in good condition too. All staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Would happily stay here again. Also, having a Nespresso machine in the room is 100x better than the typical hotel coffeemaker. ”

“The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much lighting in the room. Made it harder to get ready as a woman. Also the water pressure in the shower was weak and didn’t see the hot and cold part so I burnt myself a couple of times. ”

“My experience was great! Constructive feedback: The amenities are a bit outdated I.e no smart tv. Operators don’t pickup the phone when you call them. Toiletries are limited.”

“There was no lighting working by bed. The entry to the washroom had a switch plate lying on the counter. There was a repair in process by the light switch never finished. TV was moderately functional.”

“The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible. We were very pleased with our stay. ”

“Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel did not have an elevator, was not aware of it. Had to carry the luggage upstairs. ”

“The room was cold the finishing of the rumour in terrible condition. Shower wasn’t working properly only two pillows furniture so worn out terrible experience. I would like a refund.”
