“One year old property. Great spot to stay if you need Guelph access. Easy parking. Chucks Roadhouse across the street for an easy (decent) spot for a quick bite or cocktail ”

“I would not recommend this hotel at all. The beds were so hard we could not sleep. It felt like we were laying on rocks. Then there is a $200 deposit they hold which is almost the same price as the room. You don’t get that back for about five days. All in all not impressed”

“The room was nice, but the TV kept malfunctioning (volume didn't work, couldn't view any channels). When we decided to go on the wifi, our password wouldn't work, so we were forced to just use the data on our phones. While checking out, I expected to be asked how the stay was. That didn't end up happening. They took my room key card and walked away.”

The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what was needed for a short stay. Breakfast was a simple buffet-style setup—nothing over the top, but fresh, quick, and convenient to start the day. Overall, a solid, reliable stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone...

“Disaster - parking lot decayed - garage cans overflowing - dirty - lobby underconstruction - one elevator broken for months apparently. One elevator for 120 rooms - worst Sheraton I have ever seen. No value at all and not anywhere near the cost of the room. Should NOT be marketed as a Sheraton. Do not stay here.”
