“The beds were awesome ”

“I like the parking, the hotel always smells nice, the lobby is welcoming. The only negative is that the room I stayed in was getting worn looking- stains on the carpets, worn furniture, and loud AC unit.”

“The room was great. Spacious and nice. The breakfasts were good and the location was excellent because we were visiting our son who is an intern at UMN. The parking garage could be a little tight but it was covered.”

“Easy to get on and off 94 and to the property! Close to so many things. Easy parking. Room was updated and clean.”

“I got my room key. On way to room - elevator lights broken and walkways smelled of urine. The door wouldn't open and it was clear.the door had been damaged. I returned the key to the office and left. The office staff was very helpful and polite - they were in a tought situation - apologized for conditions over which they had no control. They helped me file for a refund.”

“If a luxurious experience is needed, look no further than this Hyatt. Nicely located downtown St. Paul with easy walking distance to many restaurants and events. Why only three stars though. Two major reasons…1) hotel restaurant is (as the receptionist states “simple bar food.it’s better to go to one of the local nearby restaurants.” On sight ‘Starbucks’ is the receptionist making you a coffee with Starbucks products. It was good though. Limited flavors. The second reason… 2) Reserved a king...
