“The hotel had a pleasant upbeat vibe. We enjoyed the lounge type atmosphere in the lobby which made it a place to just chill. The complimentary breakfast bar and free parking was a plus. The king-size bedroom was on the small side. It's not a make or break but something to consider. Overall, I would stay at the Tru Hilton again.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system. “Room was very clean, quiet and secure. Great location and within walking distance. Was there for graduation from SNHU. Only downside was no mini fridge, no closet, and no onsite breakfast. Would stay there again”

“Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.”

The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“I was surprised how the kitchenette did not match the pictures on expedia. I was also surprised to have to pay a parking fee. We had to clean the pots a lot in order to use them. I thought I would need to buy dishing washing liquid. When I asked if there was any to purchase, I was given one. I did not like condition of the hallways near the elevator and how some of the hallway on the second floor was undone. For what I paid, I was not pleased. “The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly.”

“As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.”
