“The staff was very nice and helpful. It was pretty clean but the beds were hard and the shower water temp was very touchy and shower head was very low.”

“This is a really neat vintage motel. They've done a great job of updating the rooms to a modern decor. The room was ridiculously clean. The beds were comfortable. It's an easy walk into town for dinner or to take a stroll or for a Pictured Rocks boat tour. If you're looking for an old school *park in front of the door* motel that's updated and really clean, this is the place for you! The staff is very friendly and very communicative as well. We had a lovely stay.”

“We liked that there was parking right in front of the room. We were wondering how the check-in process would work but it turned out fine. We did not have any problem with getting our key through the coded lockbox system. We appreciated being able to get ice available in the freezer in the lobby area. The room was clean. We would stay here again.”

“Just need to give attention to the details. Fresh paint, curtains that fit., could use another chair. it was comfortable however. Appreciated the fridge and microwave.”
