“The hotel overall was nice. Although the front desk staff were polite, they were not that helpful. We checked in at 3:30 (30 minutes prior to check-in). We were told that the Executive Suite that we booked was not ready as “they have until 4pm.” We were told to come back. We came back at 3.55pm, told the room still isn't ready. At 4:15 we were told the room still isn’t ready. We asked if the cleaning staff was alerted that we were waiting on the room. We were told they didn’t alert the cleaning...
