“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

“The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Host Trisha was also very friendly, responsive and helpful with tips on local eateries. We went for an overnight ski trip to Hunter Mountain and its proximity to the ski area made everything so much more convenient. I would definitely stay there again. Five Stars easily!”
