“A great location, convenient to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake, and on a quiet street. Parking is easy at the door to the room. Beds were comfortable although the pillows were somewhat unsupportive for my neck. Two queen beds in the room are nice but do cramp the space for luggage storage. Continental breakfast is fairly typical and good.: coffee, juice, muffins.”

“I always enjoy staying at this property at Lake George. It is in walking distance to everything I want to see and do. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. Everything I am looking for in a room.”

“It is a well maintained and managed old property. The Laurel doesn't have the amenities of modern hotels, but the location, the private balcony with an amazing view was worth the stay. The owner/operators are great folks.They were understaffed but the working staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”
