Resort a Upstate New York

“Large rooms. Location very convenient to town. Very nice bright common area with a view of the lake. ”

“There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. “My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that.
