“Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities. The hallways were very dusty, the doors had visible layers of dirt and dust, and the balconies were filthy. It was obvious that proper cleaning is not being done. We even found someone else’s hairbrush under the table in our room, which clearly shows that furniture is not being moved or cleaned underneath. “We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. ”
