Case in affitto a Utopia

“Truly a hidden gem! Hosts Paula and Melvin were very accommodating. The yard was immaculate and the home showcases love with all the well placed antiques. We did not need anything extra as the home had everything and Paula’s root beer floats were a thoughtful treat!”

“This is an amazing property. Such a cute little house with Wi-Fi, BBQ pits, laundry, and gas oven\stove . Pet friendly and cozy with 2 bedrooms and super soft beds! The river is not necessarily on the property but just across the highway that's in front. The river is very close though and very easily accessible. The host is very friendly and they even offer a discount on a variety of items at a local eatery!”

“Adorable place”

“Overall communication with the host was really good until it came time for him to give me the partial refund he had promised cause of the issues. The refund never came after multiple follow ups with him. He never even responded to the last message I sent. So we booked this home and had drainage issues from day 1. Showers weren't draining properly in multiple restrooms. The outdoor ice machine was broken and the outdoor projector wouldn't turn on. Reached out to the host and they sent a guy out...

“Everything was perfect! No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend anybody to stay here”

“Great location and plenty of space for big families.”

“The house was beautiful and had a great layout. We would definitely return. Host were great at communicating.”

“Adorable little house in the heart of bandera. Super convenient, clean and fun. Would definitely stay again.”

“Older home but comfortable and clean. Definitely need to upgrade the bathroom and add a shower! Current bathtub setup is not ideal. Neighbors barking dogs is a problem too, they bark ALL night long. Very noticable in back bedroom.”

“House was great and we filled all 28 sleeping spaces. It was a great space for a large group and hosts were very responsive. Two things to improve- trash space needs to be bigger for a house that large or picked up every day. Also bring a broom and dustpan- we needed it to sweep crumbs etc off floors. Overall highly recommend!”

“The bangalow was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a quick getaway. It was very hospitable! There were lots of deer and cats running around the area and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If you’re planning a visit to bandera, I would definitely recommend staying at this bungalow. It’s also located conveniently close to restaurants and the downtown area. The hosts were available and informative and have done a great job making the house feel welcome for guests.”

“Great house, cozy clean and comfy!”

“This place was everything hoped for. Easy to deal with and very tentative with questions.”

“Our go-to property when staying in Bandera. A really cool little place, we love it.”
