The open-concept great room is centered around a striking stone fireplace, with plush seating arranged to take in the views of the surrounding aspens.

The kitchen is a refined statement of modern design, featuring waterfall marble countertops, sleek custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances. An expansive dining area and oversized island create the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings.

Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide sophisticated accommodations, including a private lock-off suite with its own kitchenette, balcony, and garage—ideal for guests or additional privacy. Spa-like bathrooms are designed with designer finishes and natural materials, enhancing the home’s warm, inviting ambiance.

A private outdoor hot tub offers a serene après-ski experience, surrounded by trees and mountain air. Tucked away in the coveted West Vail area, the home provides both seclusion and convenience, with easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and Vail Village.

- Main Bedroom - queen bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and spa shower with bench, private balcony
- Guest Bedroom One - queen bed with desk, mountain view, and ensuite bathroom
- Guest Bedroom Two- queen bed with desk and floor-to-ceiling windows
- Bunk Room - an L-shaped bunk bed with two twins over a full bed
- Office/Guest Bedroom - pull-out sofa that converts to queen bed beside a desk/workspace

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 11 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 3.
- There are two parking spaces available in the two-car garage and one parking space in the driveway.
- There is ski parking included in Vail Village.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
