“I had such a nice stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were shared, but I didn't see anyone else during my stay. The location is excellent. Portable AC was appreciated since my room was on the top floor. Tim clearly has put in a lot of effort to make clear signage so all spaces could be clean and comfy for all guests.”

“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. “Everything was “magical” during my stay here. My only complaint was the water pressure was so low, and the shower liners kind of crowd you when you’re showering in the claw tub. Other than that, it was great and 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. The lighting at night with the chandeliers while reading was my favorite. ”

Carol was the most attentive and responsive host we've ever interacted with and the personal and thoughtfil touches, including snacks, coffee, extra towels, and use of extras was above and beyond.
