Boutique hotel a Valle del Willamette

“I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. “Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated. “Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made.
