“Al prezzo pagato non si può avere una stanza in cui il bagno è un loculo e mancano servizi essenziali quali phon e frigobar. Il letto era buono, e anche la pulizia era accurata. Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.).
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“Whilst the staff are friendly and the restaurant and bar are nice, the room and the nights stay are something else .
It doesn't bother me that they are dated and basic.....but, the smell of dirty toilet and damp was probably a little much. Not to mention an early wake up call with what sounded like a continuous rattling washing machine on high spin which went on for most of the morning.
I never complain, unless I really have to....and this is one of those times ”

“Great hotel. Staff were good but let down with restaurant weekend staff that could have done more. I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know"
Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame. In the end I didn't insist anymore as I felt will just add to my stress.”
