Hotel storici a Valle di Kathmandu

“The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe and loved the view. Everything about our room and service was great. Thank you. ”

“They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service”

“Directions to the property are a mess. Get directions to the square and walk from there. Otherwise it will confuse the driver. It’s right on the square so that’s worth it if you want to be right there and look over it all from the rooftop.”

“Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.”

“We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..”

“Brand new hotel. Spacious rooms, mine had jacuzzi in humongous bathroom. Comfortable bed, A/C and everything you need for a perfect stay. Staff is super helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this place for your stay.”

“Beautiful views, but disappointing for the price I stayed at The Terraces for two nights of a planned five-night stay, paying approximately $260 per night including taxes. I was disappointed enough to leave early, forfeiting payment for three unused nights. The property has beautiful mountain views, lovely landscaping, and amenities including a heated pool and yoga. However, much of the hotel feels dated, worn, and inadequately maintained. I encountered issues including a bathroom leak, noisy...

“Excellent stay, super helpful and the food was awesome. Try the momos platter if you come here.”

“Ottimo albergo in posizione eccezionale con vista sul monte Everest. Struttura notevole, camera ampia con arredamento di qualità. Buono il ristorante ed efficiente lo staff.”

“The staff are super nice and very helpful. The food for both supper and the breakfast buffet was very good. The view from the room is superb. A few minor issues: 1) the bathroom had a bit of an odor after showering; 2) my wife ended up taking lukewarm showers as the hot water went out during the day although it was fixed right away after calling the front desk; and 3), probably not the hotels fault but the WiFi was a bit unstable. However, these were all minor and did not at all detract from a...

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread, was excellent in both quality and...

“Friendly staff at the hotel. The location is close walk to Durbar square. Unfortunately breakfast is served from 7 to 8:30. It would be helpful to have breakfast end at 10am.”
