“It was an excellent stay. The service was very personal, kind and accommodation. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood but close to many services and shopping. I felt very much at home here and would definitely stay there again. ”

“We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. ”
