Baite a Vallejo

“I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

“Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. “This property is exactly what it seems. Available electronics, wifi, plumbing was good, and the bed was nice. The surrounding area was nice as well, close to the vallejo Ferry terminal. There were multiple shops for food, including breskfast. This place was really cozy, I would definitely stay again. One negative would be the noise that occurred upstairs. There was a note to being mindful of the neighbors, which I believe we followed, but that cannot be said for the surrounding units. The noise...

“I am really unhappy with how my family was treated. I came in for one night stay and they cancelled my reservation that I booked a month in advance. When I talked to AJ (front desk) he said “sorry I had to cancel your reservation because I have only one housekeeper today”. My little girl was so excited to stay but we had to tell her that he cancelled our room. Never have I been treated so badly. “This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning! ”
