Case in affitto a Valley Center

“Beautiful place to stay! The views, accommodations, and just all the little touches were amazing! So sad we had to leave. The game room was perfect for indoor downtime. The kitchen had everything we that we needed. The outdoor area will have you in awe. We will miss the fabulous views!”

“From the day we booked Datha’s property we were excited to arrive . When we did arrive we weren’t disappointed. The house had everything anyone could want. From the fully stocked kitchen to all of the bathrooms. There wasn’t anything missing. Everything was updated and modern . It was so quiet there. We never heard a thing at night. Datha’s property was close to shopping restaurants and only 20 minutes from Oceanside . Communication with Datha’s was excellent from the time of booking until the...

“My son flew in from AK and met me in San Diego. We had such an amazing time making memories. Nancy was such an amazing host! Very personable. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. We managed to get sun burned on our beach outing and Nancy saved the day providing us with some fresh cut aloe vera and an extra bottle she had. The beach chairs, umbrella & insulated cooler made The beach day a success (outside of the sunburn). The courtyard area was my favorite. I enjoyed the swing while...

“Our trip to San Diego was made so much better by the experience of staying in this property. My girlfriend loves kittens, goats, and dogs and this property has all three. We had an issue logging into my account on the way to San Diego due to an unexpected hack so I had to create a new account just to contact the host. She called me immediately and made the check-in smooth and easy despite the challenges. The view is even better in person. And their recommendation for local food spots was so...

“Wow the view!!! Very clean and we had everything we needed. Easy check in process and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.”

“Jodi was the perfect host - good communication, very helpful, friendly and accommodating! The Casita was beautifully decorated and spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was quiet and private. The spacious patio and covered outdoor dining area was a big bonus! We loved every aspect of our stay, and we will definitely come back!”

“A hidden gem. The exterior at the front of the house is unassuming and very simple, with limited curb appeal, but once you step inside, the magic unfolds. As you enter, a spacious, welcoming living room opens up before you to a bright sunroom. Beyond you can see an amazing backyard. Immediately, as you enter the home, on the left is the dining room, with a table for 6, which leads to the kitchen and the first two bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms and bathroom at the front of the house are well...

“Beautiful place to stay. Everything you need is furnished. We enjoyed the complimentary fresh eggs, honey, kumquats, oranges, lemons and avocados. The Barn Tree House is well stocked with coffee, creamy. Spices, flour, sugar and many more things. John and his daughter ate great hosts . We stayed 2 weeks visiting our children in Oceanside and San Marcos and we plan to stay there in the future. If you are traveling nearby we recommend this beautiful sanctuary. More beautiful than the pictures....

“The rental was clean and qaint. The parking situation can be a headache if other renters arent considerate, but that wasn't the reason for the rating. This unit has AC for the living room but no AC for the bedrooms. The nights were very hot, very stuffy, and very muggy. We had to open the windows and leave the bedroom doors open to draw the cooler air from the livingroom into the bedrooms. If I knew I had to create a wind tunnel so my family could sleep, I would have chosen a different rental. ...

“Very comfortable, clean and with all the essential things that are needed in a house! My family and I felt at home.. highly recommended.. definitely if I go back to San Diego I would choose them again!!”

“Had such an amazing experience staying here, the house was absolutely spotless and accurate to the photos. When you first enter the home you are immediately hit with a warm home kind of feeling, another small detail that I absolutely loved was the complimentary disposable slippers. Debbie was a great host providing lots of information about the check in process making it easy to locate and access the home, she was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to...

“The house was setup exactly as expected, very clean and perfect for our quick trip. Everything was very easy from check-in to check-out.”

“Clean. Plenty of room. Hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with.”

“It was a great place!!”

“We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...
