Case in affitto a Valley Falls

“We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year.”

“Our family had a lovely time, good amenities and lots of room for activities.”

“This was a last minute booking after other plans fell through. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there. The place was clean, with some thoughtful touches such as snacks and Netflix. “The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot”

“Cute house and easily accessible to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!”

“Very nice charming home. Enjoyed our stay. Joe and Bill were there to greet us and there when we said goodbye. :) Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you kindly.”

“Clean property, central location, perfect space for 5-6 people.”
