“Was nice ”

“The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.”

“Property wants pets because they get 30 dollars a night per dog. Spent 3 nights for 180 dollars and the room was never cleaned a definite ripoff for pet owners. Room had dirty floors and the only available room on ground floor was a single king size bed”

“Room clean, bed so so as the platform was bigger than the bed so awkward getting in and out, parking great, over bed light out but maintenance went home before 3:00 pm so unable to change. No coffee maker in room so you have to get up and dressed and go to office to get it but they have no artificial sweetener so if you like your coffee sweet but can’t have sugar you’ll have to make a trip to the gas station next door. ”

“Clean property! Our place was perfect for the family. It was nice having a full kitchen so we could cook and lots of shopping nearby. Pools were great. The kids enjoyed the waterside especially, as well as the arcade/ game rooms. I enjoyed the gym amenities.... equipmemt was much more than most hotel type places. It was convenient having everything in one place. ”

“We got woken up by a roach on our pillow. ”

“This is an older building that appears to have been minimally rejuvenated. The room was clean enough; the towels and washcloths were clean. When you get into the room, you see the thick layers of paint, the cracks in the floor, the things that should have been fixed but were not. The bed did not have a box spring, but it did have some kind of spring mechanism that squeaked when you moved or rolled over.”

“It was over booked and our room was cancelled hours before we arrived we never stayed there. Have not received a refund”

“We have a big family and the suite comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The breakfast was great and the kids also had fun at the pool. We would stay here again for sure.”

“Limited ammenities. Pool closed and so are many restaurants but still charged resort fee. Staff is headed and OCD about making sure you don’t bring in alcohol and search your bags constantly. ”
