“The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor; I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value a good night's sleep.”

“Check in was quick & easy & the young man on the front desk was very pleasant. I walked up the stairs to my room & let myself into the room next door to a man standing in his doorway smoking pot. The room was clean & bright & the A/C worked well. Unfortunately the bathtub was surrounded by black mold & the walls were badly patched. I knew it would do no good to complain & ask to be moved, as I was already told that they were sold out. I was leaving at 5am so I just stayed. The rate was...

“The staff and room were amazing! We stayed in a large room with the walls and ceiling adored with hand painted scenery. Large bathroom too. All very clean and comfortable. ”

“Arrived after a 14 hour drive to a room with a cockroach. Went back to the front desk, requested a new room. New room was dirty, bathtub filthy and smelled of Marijuana. Glad I booked through Expedia so I could leave and get a refund. Lots of homeless people in and around the hotel. I don’t need anything fancy but I definitely wouldn't stay here. Sleeping in the car sounded like a better option.”

“The shower curtain was torn and disgusting. The shower faucet was difficult. The electric outlet doesn’t work. The blanket was old and had many holes. There were no chairs or lamps. The heater was very loud.”

“NOT a SAFE place. Police was on the property. Drug activity. Someone tried to get inside my car while I was inside the car with my kids. There was squatter. Someone broke window and there was broken class everywhere. All of these things were all associated with different people. Gang activity and drug users. Did not feel safe sleeping there ”
