“There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...

“Ended up having to stop here due to the major snowmageddon yesterday while traveling home from a vacation. Beds were comfortable Shawna at the front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The kids enjoyed the waffles. They also had scrambled eggs, McMuffins, and sausage and yogurt and bagels. Breakfast attendant was a bit grumpy, but I saw people being quite rude to her so it may have been warranted. We didn’t use any other amenities. We just slept and ate breakfast then...
