“Tutto perfetto, unico piccolissimo neo, forse solo per le stanze del nostro lato, rumorosità per la vicinanza della hiway, ma nulla di orribile. Per il resto veramente tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo, check-in rapido, camere pulite, colazione ottima e parcheggio gratuito.”

“The man at the front desk was very helpful. But he was given more jobs to handle than is reasonable. The room was run down. Poor shower - the diverter from spout to shower directed little of the water flow to the shower head. Coffee but no coffee maker. No hand soap in bathroom. Toilet would keep running, I had to open and put the stopper down. Refrigerator was noisy. ”

“The property was under major renovations, halls look terrible with construction debris everywhere. No WIFI, so no television, couldn't use Fire Stick. The girl at the desk work hard on the problem, after 4 hours the problem waa resolved, she also gave us $75 refunded, haven't seen it yet on my visa. Well not be staying there again. You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel.”

“The shower needs better cleaning & updates. Hangers were broken & only had 2 of them. The iron leaked”

“Hotel was good,and was clean. The room was very noisy. Had a hrad time sleeping due to noise from other guests.”

“Wife woke up to getting bites on her. Got home and found a bedbug in our luggage. Sent pictures of bites and bedbug to hotel. They said they had a exterminator come and did not find anything. Said the pictures were not of their hotel because of countertop and paper towel the bedbug was in. Of course it wasn’t taken at hotel. It was taken at our house when we found it as well as pictures. Hotel has 0 customer service. Saying we got a bedbug from our volleyball tournament. Wow were they serious. A...
