Hotel vicino a Winton Woods Park - Cincinnati

“Tutto perfetto, unico piccolissimo neo, forse solo per le stanze del nostro lato, rumorosità per la vicinanza della hiway, ma nulla di orribile. Per il resto veramente tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo, check-in rapido, camere pulite, colazione ottima e parcheggio gratuito.”

“Need to oil the hinges on the bathroom doors. Ours creaked every time it opened and closed and I could hear the door doing the same thing in the other rooms around us. ”

“Great stay. We weren’t surprised about the free breakfast but also the free dinner AND drinks. The hours were at a time when most people were at dinner elsewhere, which makes sense, but it was broad enough that we were able to get a little something. There’s a Cracker Barrel right in the parking lot if that’s your thing and an all ages arcade/media store with a bar (only $5 an hour!) right across the street, which was a blast. Also a taco truck and a Waffle House in walking distance.”

“I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. ”

“Staff was very racist. Rooms filthy. Hallways smelled horrible. For the money, I felt robbed.”

“The hotel was close to where we needed to be. The lobby is nice enough but the hallways and walls were dirty. Our room had no vent in the bathroom. So anytime someone uses the bathroom it smells up the room the linens were itchy and the property was not well mai tained. The building looks dingy.”

“Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine.”

“Yes, breakfast was more than expected and more than usually experienced at comparable establishments. Chef and serving resource a nice touch.”

“Very nice property in a convenient location for either Cincinnati or Dayton. The grounds and common areas were well maintained. The breakfast was very good, variety and taste. ”

“The room was OK, but the bathroom was due for a deep clean. The was something wrong with the entry door to the room; it required a very hard push to open or close. Breakfast bagels stale and those fake eggs are gross! ”
