The space
The flat is an independent unit located on the second floor. It is a 1 Bedroom Hall Kitchen (BHK) flat, featuring:

- A bedroom with a king-size bed and a wardrobe with a locker.
- A hall with a couch and a table.
- A kitchen equipped with basic utensils, an operational cylinder, a fridge, and an RO machine.
- A stylish bathroom with all fittings, including a geyser.
- Two side balconies.

The flat is fully ventilated and can accommodate 4-5 people. The king-size bed can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. However, if you require extra mattresses, they are available at a nominal price of 200 Rs/day for the 4th and additional guests. This nominal price ensures great value for the amenities provided.

3. We maintain hygiene religiously, providing linens, face towels, regular towels, and cleaning.
4. Please contact the host before hiring a cab or any other means of transport or If you are arriving by your own car for comfortable directions to the property.
5. Just at a walk - TOTO (e-rickshaw) costs 20-30 Rs to reach Kashi Vishwanath Mandir from the property.
6. The property is equipped with CCTV cameras for your safety.

*Facilitation*
1. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils.
2. CAR Parking, Geyser, RO water & WiFi are readily available.
3. Cab services are available for City, Railway Station or for Airport commute upon request at an additional cost.
4. Scooty or Bike on rent is also available at just ₹450/- for 24 Hour exclude petrol.
5. Meals are not included, but Swiggy and Zomato deliver to the house.
6. A cloud kitchen a few meters away can provide a variety of foods; contact the host for details.

*Conditions and Extra Charges*
1. We strictly follow checkout time; any extra stay depends on availability and costs ₹200 Rs/Hr.
2. There is a nominal fee of ₹100 per night if we arrange the cleaning service of utensils and kitchen area.
3. Extra mattresses will be provided at ₹300 per single mattress.
4. Extra Pillow ₹100/- per pc
5. We do not provide Toiletries only Handwash.
