Case in affitto a Vass

“Clean and cozy! Beat our expectations and then some. 2 mini splits so temperature control can be adjusted in the bedroom and in the living room (we liked that). Felt like home and the area and property are beautiful! Host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience 👍 Thank you!”

“I don’t think it is reasonable to expect guests to clean the place (strip beds, clean kitchen, take trash out) AND be out by 10 AM. I followed the rules but did not think guests should be required to do this for the price.”

“Just lovely and clean. Close to so many activities. Thank you!”

“Terrific stay!”

“Good”

“The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Check in was supper easy and communication with host was great. I would highly recommend this property. If you’re fishing I would recommend on bringing your own gear”

“Very clean, very quiet neighborhood!”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was very clean and well maintained. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus traveling with our pup. Location was quiet and peaceful and still convenient to everything in the area. This property will be at the top of our list for our next trip to the Pinehurst area!”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this home. The house had everything we needed and the location was great!”

“This is an adorable cottage in a cute neighborhood close to downtown. We were a six minute walk from our restaurant. The beds were comfortable and the house was well furnished. Note that there is only one small bathroom. The host was very responsive to the one issue we had. We would stay there again.”

“Clean and cozy”

“This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! ”

“From booking this property until check in time, the experience was very frustrating. When we arrived at property for check in, the host was there. Check in is at 4, she stayed till nine pm. It was very strange. The property wasn’t ready for us. She was cleaning inside upon arrival and then started outside cleaning. Which took her till 9pm. Really want a refund for the first night. ”

“The house was a great landing spot for our family with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The host was very responsive and was able to help us navigate unexpected travel changes. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book the home again on our next visit back to Southern Pines.”

“A lovely home, just as described. Comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend.”

“Great host, great house. Plenty of amenities. This was our third time staying at this location, we will be back”
