Is clean and that the neighborhood is quiet. We are a Bed & Breakfast, not a hotel and therefore we need to know the arrival time of the guests. In this sense it was difficult to work with you because you did not answer any of our messages for a long time and your phone number was wrong. Only two days before your arrival you told us that you would arrive between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Your check in was at h. 3.25 p.m. and not at 3.00 p.m. because Ms. Eugenia (our assistant) had to arrange at the same time another group of guests. By the way, we think you should have been more sympathetic to Ms. Eugenia, who has apologized to you several times. Anyway the half hour you judge of delay was within the time frame you indicated. The shower works well, as we have tried several times. It is necessary to move the mixer slowly and wait for a few seconds for the water to mix. Anyway, thanks for the warning. We will completely change the mixer. You are right. We also advise you to choose another accommodation for the next year for the Redentore and we wish you to find it because the night of the Redentore is in great demand. We suggest you an Hotel. You will have only one room instead of, at a very low price, an entire and independent apartment with 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen, but you will not need to communicate the time of your arrival and, may be, you will not have to wait 25 minutes. Dear Lady, thanks for the suggestion, but we are already just a B & B. and not a hotel. We sent you very precise directions on how to reach us, that you did not bring with you. We came to pick you up at the Giardini-Biennale waterbus stop, which was unusual. We told you to tell us when you took the vaporetto from the station, so we would have waited for you at the Giardini-Biennale stop. But you warned us when you were already at the Giardini-Biennale stop. You sent us a message at 1am saying that you were lost, we got out of bed and came to put you on the right street. You broke our bed (normal, not improvised) and we did not ask you for a refund. You warned us about it at 7 pm. If you had warned us in the morning we would have also changed the bed. We asked you to pay on arrival only because the day after we had to leave. You knew and agreed. Breakfast is, as always, a continental breakfast: bread, brioches, juice, jam, coffee, milk, butter. We have improved your accommodation, settling you, instead of in a room, in an independent apartment all for you with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, wifi and air conditioning. This without surcharge and paying us the commission for double booking. We are not beginners. We have been doing this job for 20 years and the reviews that concern us are excellent, as you can check for yourself. It seems to us instead that you are a beginner tourist. Our stress depends on your behavior. All in all we had a terrible experience with you. Marina & Roberto
