Il Greci Studio è un raffinato open-space all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico, con soffitti altissimi e capriate a vista, con un'atmosfera contemporanea, situato nel Sestiere di Castello.



C'è molta luce naturale e specchi che la riflettono, creando un ambiente molto piacevole. Questo loft è arredato ed equipaggiato con tutti i più importanti comfort moderni.

Si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del vaporetto di San Zaccaria, ma il modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento è con il taxi acqueo, che arriva proprio accanto all'edificio. Nelle immediate vicinanze troverete anche ottimi ristoranti, caffetterie, negozi e supermercati.



Misura circa 70 mq e ha ampie finestre per un'illuminazione naturale garantita tutto l'anno. C'è una piccola stanza d'ingresso dove si può lasciare cappotti e scarpe per tenere in ordine il loft. L'arredamento è vintage, piuttosto minimalista. La cucina è davvero full optional: puoi letteralmente fare un cooking show se vuoi! C'è un grande armadio nel caso abbiate intenzione di rimanere per un po': il Greci Studio è perfetto anche per soggiorni più lunghi.



L'ambiente è assolutamente tranquillo e rilassante. C'è Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, lavatrice e tutti gli altri elettrodomestici di base. Lo consigliamo a professionisti, single o coppie, che soggiornano a Venezia mescolando leisure e business. .

Not included in the price: € 400 Security Deposit by credit card at check-in



Not included in the price: tourist tax in cash at the check in : € 4 per person per night, to be paid for the first 5 nights only, children 10-15 years of age half price, under 10 years of age free.



The total number of people cannot exceed the maximum number of people allowed at the apartment stated on our website (children also).



Please let us know how you would like your beds to be prepared (singles or doubles) or the apartment will be prepared as shown on your booking confirmation. If that is not the way you prefer your bed layout then it can be changed by our maid at your expense.



Please inform us of your arrival time no later than 7 days prior to arrival so that we can plan your check-in at the apartment. It is possible to check in from 14.00 until 20.00 and from 20.00 until maximum midnight at a 50 euro cash fee, to be paid to the person meeting you.



Please be aware that check-out time is 10.00 am.



It may be possible to bring your pet prior authorization by the owner at an extra fee of 80 euro per stay. Please, contact us to make your inquiry. Do not request this after you have booked as it will not be possible to cancel free of charge if the owner does not accept your pet.
