Grazioso appartamento ristrutturato e spazioso, dotato di tutti i confort,  ricavato da un recupero architettonico di una antica struttura industriale, nelle vicinanze del Molino Stucky in una cornice suggestiva e tranquilla quale è l'Isola della Giudecca.  L'appartamento si sviluppa su due piani e si compone di 3 camere da letto, con la possibilità di ospitare comodamente 6/7 persone. Dispone di due bagni,  2 camere matrimoniali,  1 camera con due letti singoli, 1 divano letto, cucina attrezzata, lavanderia con lavatrice, cassaforte, salotto con TV e WIFI gratuito, climatizzazione in ogni stanza e, grazie alle linee moderne dell'arredamento, riesce a dare una calda accoglienza in ogni stanza. E' situato a circa 150 m. dal pontile della Palanca, nella stessa zona sono presenti negozi di vario genere e simpatici ristorantini, il tutto al di fuori dei grossi flussi turistici e quindi i nostri ospiti potranno immergersi davvero nella venezianità più autentica.

This was an amazing location, with an Alilaguna waterbus to/from the airport, a vaporetto stop, restaurants, and a grocery store all in quick walking distance. We appreciated the comfortable, firm beds. Two bedrooms are upstairs (one an open loft space) and one downstairs. There is a laundry room with a washing machine plus a drying rack that worked well. There was also an iron and a European-voltage hair dryer. We recommend this apartment to others!

Located out of the busyness but just a quick water bus ride away from many attractions. There were restaurants close by and a small grocery store. The home was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Cristina was super accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend.

In a convenient location in a quiet area away from the crowds, this rental has nearby restaurants and is a short walk from the Palanca vaporetto stop. The rooms are attractive and comfortable.

The host is absolutely amazing, was able to help through issues and help me get checked in over a very long and late travel day. The property is very tastefully done, the amenities in the area are fantastic and it’s very close to all of the water taxis. Quiet stay! I highly recommend this host and property. The host is able to help you navigate difficult timetables, and give you the best routes to the property from the airport! Thank you!

The apartment lived up to the photos, and in fact it exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition, with a good layout. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the location suited us. It was a short walk to the Palanca vaporetto stop with the number 2 stopping there frequently to whisk us either to Zattere on the other side of the Giudecca canal, or to San Marco. There were a number of really good restaurants not far along the waterfront - enough choice to not have to go far after a long day sightseeing. Christina was very easy to deal with, and responsive to any messages. Overall we would highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed convenient access to nearby restaurants and the vaporetto station. The owners were fabulous, giving us helpful information and helped coordinate travel for us back to the airport.

My husband and I were away on our 25th anniversary. We spent three nights at this apartment and really loved it. The property manager Cristina and her husband Nino are fantastic! They really went above and beyond to get us settled in and comfortable. The apt is in a great area and we loved staying on Giudecca. It was fun taking the ferry over to Venice and very easy. We took a water taxi to and from the airport which is definitely costly, but in the interest of time and convenience we did it. There are some nice restaurants on the island so we ate both there and in Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Nino and Cristina A perfect hosts. They are kind considerate and careful to make sure you have a great experience. The property itself is beautiful. If anything the pictures don’t really do it justice and it looks amazing. It was cool clean and quiet and it close to everything.

Appartment hat alles gehalten, was versprochen worden war. Bett excellent, Ausstattung excellent. Möblierung excellent. Größe der Räumlichkeiten excellent. Nur die Fernsehverbindung war teilweise inakzeptabel. Nur wenn das Wasser steigt, kann es zu Problemen mit der Anbindung zum restlichen Venedig kommen. Im Normalfall bedeutet das aber nur einen Zeitvertreib Verlust von 20-30 Minuten.

Venedig immer eine Reise wert. An diesem schönen Ort wurde es uns sehr leicht gemacht unseren Urlaub zu genießen. Dear Cristina, we had a wonderful time in your beautiful apartment.
