Very spacious and bright apartment on second floor without lift, that can accommodate up to 5 ( the 5th is an additional bed, on request) people between adults and children, of 71 square meters. , located in the heart of Venice, enjoys an extraordinary centrality: located in Salizada Sant'Antonin, few steps from the Ponte dei Greci, very easy to reach, it is 8 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and 10 from the famous Venice Biennale.

The closest public transport stops are ARSENALE and / or SAN ZACCARIA.

Just completely renovated and furnished, it consists of a large living room with smart TV, a very large kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle for hot water and for espresso coffee with Italian-style pods, from two double bedrooms each with a fully equipped walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, with wide shower with emotional cascade. HEATING: Central heating system is activated in the apartments, according to Italian laws in the province of Venice from October 15th until April 15th. A/C is available from 15th of April to 10 of October. These decision are executed by the City of VENICE and expected to be followed by every citizen or not.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your arrival details no later than two days before your check in date ( train, plane, car ) in order to give you complete instructions and make an appointment for your accomodation.

• CHECK IN window is 15/ 19 pm : Our Staff will be present at the apartment, by prior appointment, from 15:00 to 19:00, NOT LATER.

In case you want to arrive before 3 pm and leave your suitcases it is possible, but upon prior request at the time of your reservation to make an appointment according to your precise arrival details.

City tax is requested from the city of Venice to every Guest and has to be balance cash on check in: 4 euro per person per day
