“We were so looking forward to this part of our trip...maybe our expectations were set too high after Tenaya@Yosemite. The lobby is gorgeous and smells like paradise. Staff was very kind, however, they needed to be bc there were hiccups along the way. I don't mind spending extra on vacation, but I want to spend extra for something special.
