“Room was clean, pool area is great for kids and adults. If you don’t want the noise of the pool area they have many rooms that are quieter ”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“Parking was good. The room was dingy carpets nasty, TV did not change channels, ac was very old and loud. ”

“My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors.”

“My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). “The Prime Rate Inn remains the worst hotel or motel stay in decades, this from a very experienced traveler. The Inn is rundown, with shoddy worn out furniture, that connects with travelling contractors and homeless people with low standards. The front desk is surrounded by plastic, to address security concerns. You'll notice the smell of mold, covered by cleaning chemicals upon entry. Rooms have poor accommodations, with cheap towels and plastic cups and noisy old window units. The pool is a...
