“We rented a kitchen unit for a stay in Vernon at the Best Western and I usually never review properties because I’m not picky and all properties have some faults. But this hotel was actually unsafe and one of the worst maintained properties I’ve seen in a long time. Sadly the room was actually a great size and looked somewhat newly renovated, but once we were staying in it we noted some larger issues… First and foremost the kitchen was almost completely empty. “Great place to stay”

“Comfortable and clean rooms. Swimming pool could be cleaner and hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet choices are a bit limited.”

“Please replace the chair in room 204 it is worn leatherette and in terrible shape. Otherwise room was in great condition.”
