“This was a beautiful property. Very clean and well organized. Staff was fantastic! We had a king size suite which was above and beyond what we expected. Very spacious.”

“Se anuncia con piscina y desayuno, la piscina no está en servicio y el desayuno el primer día fue un pan porque ya no había café. El segundo día había cereal pero no leche ni café. No es desayuno, es una bebida y una rebanada de pan.”

“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

“Clean room, convenient for a couple of nights. It includes an electric stove and a fridge, which makes it convenient. There is a laundry service, which is very practical in case you need to do some quick laundry. Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator. “Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. La “colazione” è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, allego alla recensione delle foto scattate alle 8 AM. ”

“Staff at check in was rude. My boyfriend went to check in (this was his first time ever doing this). The lady was so rude to him and gave him attitude. They had him waiting for our room for over 30 minutes even though check in time is at 3 pm. The room had no toilet paper (luckily we brought our own), the bathroom door would not close unless we slammed the door shut, and the coffee maker spit out coffee from the sides, spitting hot coffee on my hand. “The room was clean, pool was also clean even had a hot tub. The breakfast was good, the only thing missing would have been fresh waffles (guess they took them out with covid) The staff was friendly too.”
