“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." “Such a bad night. Hotel is under renovation. Debris from work, smell, dust and loud noise from construction from 9A-6P. The pictures advertised our false advertisement during this renovation process. The reviews from people posting how wonderful the breakfast was is a lie. The worst part was there was no notification that the water would be shut off from 9 to 10 AM.”
