Hotel vicino a Cottonwood Springs Park West - El Paso

“Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”

“Me gustó mucho la habitación, tenía lo escencial y estaba muy limpio. En general todo estuvo bien excepto por el desayuno porque no son muchas las opciones y no había casi nada fresco a excepción de unas manzanas”

“Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. La “colazione” è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, allego alla recensione delle foto scattate alle 8 AM. ”

“No trash can, no mirror in bathroom, no chair or desk/table, no shampoo.”

“Safest area to stay in El Paso. Security to monitor parking lot. Hot breakfast selection was great along with continental style options available. Room layout was spacious and comfortable.”

“Pool was closed for renovation- rooms were clean and nice. Close to freeway so lots of traffic noise. Bathtub for shower was slippey, faucet and shower combo seemed old fashioned. ”

“Everything was ok except there’s only one mirror and when someone occupies the restroom it’s hard to finish getting ready. Everything else is ok”

“Il posto è un motel con tante persone di passaggio forse è idoneo per uno o due giorni per chi è in viaggio ,non per un lungo periodo, comunque tutto è andato bene personale gentile e camera pulita, nei dintorni c'è tutto.”
