“Very basic tired property. Bath/shower needs improving and shower curtain needs removing. Staff and food at lunch were good but breakfast and staff could of been so much better”

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“There is no reception at the property so you need to be a bit more prepared than I was when you arrive. You need your key code to hand - which is easier to do before hand not when stood in the rain after a long drive with no reading glasses and little patience. That overcome (the info is in a mail and you can re-request) the room was of a good standard and the bed was really comfortable and the shower was hot and with good pressure. The tea and coffee facilities (including a pod machine)...

“Struttura comoda all'aeroporto, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso i tunnel che portano al terminal 2 poi cinque minuti a piedi. Però per esser aeroporto poco personale al check in (solo due desk) con coda e attesa. Stanza pulita ma per l'asciuga capelli si deve scendere e chiedere allo stesso desk del check in (altra coda e attesa). Stanza silenziosa, è isolata bene dal traffico aereo. Si dorme ma il letto non è un tocca sana per la schiena. Colazione deludente. Poca qualità e poca scelta. Quasi...

“The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. We would be happy to stay again.”

“Stayed the night due to a friends birthday event, instructions clear and precise, room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee and various glasses. Would definitely recommend.”

“Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e ben tenute, il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante. Trovandosi giusto dietro l'aeroporto, è perfetto per chi ha un volo molto presto oppure una coincidenza il giorno successivo. Di fronte alla struttura è disponibile un grande parcheggio. Unico neo: la navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile sino a metà mattina ed in tarda serata, poi bisogna necessariamente prendere un taxi ma il costo della corsa è di sole 6,00 £.”

“The hotel lobby and the room I stayed in had been recently refurbished. Other areas of the building were tired and not to the same standard. The tap water in the room ran yellow for a while and the shower didn't drain. The hotel is under refurbishment so hopefully when it's complete the experience will be consistent throughout. On a whole, it was good value for money but not as modern/fancy as the pictures portray.”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”
