“This property claims to be accessible throughout its website; however, they only have one accessible room on the ground floor. The hotel itself is not accessible, nor are the rooms. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate two steep staircases to reach my room, which also contained stairs. The bathroom was extremely small and unsafe for disabled individuals. Fortunately, a family member was present to assist me, as I shudder to think what might have happened otherwise. No staff offered to...

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. ”

More so right outside our window. In addition to having carpentry work on the doors with tools blocking the corridor inside. A strange phenomenon was the toilet. My wife and I both disabled found it near impossible to flush the toilet. The flushing button was difficult to access and use especially at night. ”
