“Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.”

“I didn’t like that there was very little counter space in the bathroom, there was no mini fridge and no safe. I liked that the furnishings had more character. The staff was very helpful.”

I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. The people who were staying above me, sounded like they were having a dance party all night long. Also, not the fault of the hotel, but the location is right off the highway and you will hear traffic noise all night long.
