“I stayed for the Twice concert and found this place that was in great distance to the stadium. Didn't feel like i settled at all! Staff was great, check in was smooth and the view was amazing, overlooking the city and skyline. Breakfast was great too with many options, yogurt stood out to me the most alongside their sausages. Definitely a great area to stay within the city and mall. ”

“Exceptional experience! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Uptown surrounded by many restaurants bars and the event centers this location was great for our overnight stay. Valet is pricey at $60 but in this area parking is expensive. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Luxurious, we received complementary champagne in our room and a complementary cocktail at the bar. The vibe was southern hospitality dripping in Parisian luxury. “Room was not exactly clean. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Lobby smelled like urine. In a bad part of town-- got sketchy after dark. I wouldn't recommend it. ”

“We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room.
