“Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue.”

“Spatious room equipped with small kitchen; good bed and nice bathroom. Personnel was nice. Location is convenient to city Centre and Restaurants. Free breakfast was very good. No free parking available. ”

“I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.”

“I didn’t like that there was very little counter space in the bathroom, there was no mini fridge and no safe. I liked that the furnishings had more character. The staff was very helpful.”

“The building is in a nice location, and the unit was clean and well maintained. Checking in took over an hour since they use an automated system and don't have staff on site. In my case, the system wouldn't accept my drivers license”

“It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. And we the restaurant we chose to dine at was decent. But next time I would probably check out the one on the rooftop”

“This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice. I don't understand why/how this fee...

“We only stay here when we come into town. This has been my favorite place for years. Always pleasant, clean and kind employees grom the front deskto rhe people keeping the lobby clean and the people keeping our rooms clean. Rod was always very helpful and so was Steven and Kenny and the valet crew. I will be back.”
