“The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam”

“This hotel was an excellent choice for us to stay in Saigon because it was literally only one block from the Ben Thanh Market which was our priority for our one night in Saigon. There were also many choices of places to eat very close by. The hotel was very nice with big rooms that were very clean, nice bathrooms and large showers. “The unit was not what was advertised. Owner used pictures of a different unit and blamed Expedia is the one that used different pictures of more than one units. What was advertised was open concept with panoramic windows with a view in the living room/ large kitchen. Unfortunately, what I got was not an open concept. “Inspite of requesting little early check in and late check out was totally rejected. We offered additional fee for early check in and late check out but our request was not considered. Total stay was not even for 24 hours.”
