“Abbiamo avuto un problema di odori sgradevoli provenienti dal bagno. Hanno provato a risolverlo, ma dopo due giorni abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera che è stato effettuato. Buona la spiaggia confrontata con altre.”

“What an amazing resort. I stayed in a bungalow and they were spacious and had a nice balcony to sit on. The beach has washed away but on low tide you can swim. The cocktails were not great, the bar tender was on his phone most of the time and not engaging with the customers. Breakfast was amazing, such variety and changed so much every day. The staff at front desk were helpful we had issues with the tv and bar fridge not working, they got fixed. I would definable stay again,”

“Breakfast is excellent! Anna at the breakfast restaurant really made our 5 days vacation a great one. She treated my family like family. Room cleaning can be improved. The backyard and private pool was not clean for all the 5 days we were there. However, I can overlook all that because of an excellent service in other areas. Thanks ”

“Questa e' stata la nostra prima esperienza a Phu Quoc e l'hotel The shells e' molto bello, confortevole e moderno. Il pick up in aeroporto e' stato puntuale.. Avevamo prenotato una camera ocean view e la vista della nostra stanza era bellissima perche] avevamo proprio di fronte la spiaggia e il mare. I primi due giorni il tempo e' stato variabile ma negli altri cinque abbiamo avuto delle bellissime giornate. La pulizia delle camera era ineccepibile e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni...

“1時間も早めに着いてしまいましたが、レセプションの感じのいいスタッフさんにお部屋に案内していただきました。 ありがとうございます！ 客室から直接海に入りたくて、水上バンガローに宿泊しましたが、お部屋に案内された瞬間に、濁りすぎていて入りたくなる海ではないなと！ 深夜は台風かと思うくらいのものすごい風の音で驚きました。 ディナーの時間の風もとても強かったです！ 夜の星はとてもたくさんで感激しました。 昼間はテラスで海を眺めているだけで、いい気分でした。”

“너무 좋았어요. 그런데 대가족이 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요. 소수인데 너무 넓은 숙소를 이용해서 1인당 1방을 써도 침대가 남았어요^^ 버기카는 좀 기다려야 했지만 야시장도 데려다 주고 재미있었어요. 여행 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 조식은 종류가 정말 많았는데 크게 혼잡하지 않아서 좋았어요. 소나시 야시장이 가까워서 좋았고 어린이 풀장도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 프라이빗 풀장은 약간 덜 정리된 느낌이라서 나무 이파리나 곤충 사체가 있어서 아이가 개인풀장은 들어가지 않았어요. 그래도 메인풀 가까운 곳으로 배정받아서 메인풀장에서 놀아서 괜찮았어요. 관광 위주로 머물기 위한 숙소로는 비용이 아까울 것 같고 숙소에서 느긋하게 머물려 휴양하기에는 정말 좋을 것 같아요.”

“Good experience, we enjoied the resort as well as its location on a nice piece of beach. Very relaxing week end. We did snorkelling around some islands south-east of Phu Quoc and it was nice. Of course it cannot be compared to Maldives or Carribean Islands, but for sure it is one of the best place in Vietnam for marine holidays. Lots of building yards are present in the southern part of the island and in few years Phu Qouc will be unrecognizable, I hope that the island cleaning will improve...

“The staff & property were very good. Property fabulous location, close to airport, private beach & good selection of restaurants outside property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed of the amount that I had to pay for late checkout. Our flight was at 5.30pm & requested checkout at 3.30 which was provided but with a cost of $1,375,000 VDN which equates to just over A$$80. This l felt to be excessive for an extra 2 hours when checkout time was 1pm. Overall a fantastic...
