“Great experience in a fairly new hotel”

“Clean room, quiet, staff, breakfast”

“Staff at front desk were great. Hotel clean. Only issue was wirh breakfast that we paid for, it was a good, however the staff that morning could have been more attentive it was a full house with a girls hockey team when we arived for breakfast at 830am they were out of alot of the food and not able to replace it quickly and had issues with getting our coffee brought to us. ”

“The policy to pay $15 per day to park your car in oversized parking lot in the middle of some vast emptiness seems like an extortion. You can't walk to the hotel so you have no choice but to drive. I pay less money to park in the city. This event has caused me too reconsider booking with Marriott again. The sliding closet door fell off the rail and there was a little mold on the shower curtain.”

“Lights are on motion sensor so when going to bathroom in middle of night you get blinded. But other than that it was perfect! Comfortable sheets/bedding. Clean and great breakfast!”

“The room that we stayed in was very clean and well kept upon entering, the staff was very nice and very helpful too! One down side though was the TV that was in our room, it was stuck in Spanish and we couldn't fine a way to switch it back to English.”

“I would say the only thing i enjoyed was the front desk gentleman that helped me out but other than that i wouldnt come back honestly. It was dirty and our toilet wasnt working.”

“Room was what I expected and bed was very comfortable. Room is dated but that is to be expected for the type of the hotel. I do recommend going across the street to The Assembly for the best burger and Mai Tai!”

“Clean elegant room”

“When first walking into the hotel we immediately noticed an odor. This odor lingered throughout the hotel including into the actual room. The toilet in the bathroom smelled as if someone had just had a bowel movement. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The tv didn’t have very many tv options and the WiFi didn’t work which interfered with my work. We were there for 3 days and no one offered to clean the room. “Bugs. I know it has to be hard to keep up with the bugs, but there were cockroaches in one of the buildings. I did call and ask to be refunded but I ended up moving to a different building and had a better experience. Overall I did not feel safe or clean staying in this hotel. ”

“Breakfast was good, the person worked very hard to keep everything stocked for breakfast. We thought it was strange that there wasn’t an oversized chair and ottoman in the room. Not very comfortable either sitting in the desk chair or the bed. ”

“close to Geneva and St Charles for shopping. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. A lot to choose from with different options daily.”

“Breakfast was better than most. Hot tub was as hot as it should be and hours were longer than other hotels. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk mngr, Lisa. She is a delightful treasure. You expect desk personnel to be helpful & pleasant but Lisa not only went above and beyond but welcomed us back every time we walked in the door.”
