Welcome to 7Palms Retreat! Nestled in a quiet street, this fully renovated house offers charm and space for large families or group of friends. Featured with three great bedrooms, luxurious bathroom, large powder room, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking, courtyard with a BBQ and comfy entertainment area. Brief stroll to shops and pristine white beaches or short drive to Huskisson or the famous Hyams Beach.
The space
Experience the charm of a single-level, fully air-conditioned federation home that offers:

Three spacious bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Features a queen-size bed (152x203 cm), a study desk and a built-in wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with two king single bunk beds (105x200 cm), a built-in wardrobe and space for kids to play.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a queen-size bed (152x203 cm), a study nook and a built-in wardrobe.

Linen is included throughout the year, covering:
Sheets and pillowcases
Doonas and blankets
Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats
For your convenience, the beds will be made up upon your arrival. Please note, you will need to bring your own beach towels.

The house boasts a generous living room with two large sofas, a large smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. The dining room features an 8-seater table and a side cupboard that can double as a pantry. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and various small appliances to make your stay feel like home.

The luxurious bathroom includes two showers, a large bathtub, a toilet, and a double vanity. Additionally, there is a powder room and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Step outside the kitchen to a private courtyard where you can unwind and relax. The outdoor entertainment area is mostly covered and features a BBQ, dining table, casual seating, and some greenery. A door to the left leads to a large open lawn area.
There is plenty of parking available on the street, plus two spots on the driveway.

For guests driving electric vehicles, we're pleased to offer a Zappi Type 2 EV charger for convenient and reliable charging throughout your stay. Perfect for your daily adventures in the area, you can relax knowing your car will be charged and ready to go.
The charger is located between the garage doors, is easily accessible, and is compatible with most Type 2 electric vehicles. If you plan to use it, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is set up for a smooth and seamless experience.

Please note: For the safety of all guests and neighbours, fire pits and charcoal BBQs are not permitted on the property-enalty will apply. Please be aware that this property is equipped with some outdoor security cameras for your safety.
There is one camera at the front facing the driveway, another at the back overlooking the power and solar control panels, and a smart doorbell. These cameras will remain on during your stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire Airbnb space, including the front, back, and left side of the property. Please note that the garages and the area behind them will remain locked and is off-limits.

Vincentia has stunning surroundings for you to enjoy and have fun every day. Embark on a multitude of activities, from hiking and water sports to biking, sailing, fishing, dive and snorkeling adventures or simply explore the bay with a cruise on a thrilling whale and dolphin watching excursion. Visiting Booderee National Park is a must with its extraordinary native wildlife and beautiful botanic gardens, 10 min drive only. Enjoy dining out at the local cafes and restaurants or simply just soak in the sun at many of the most beautiful beaches in Australia.
