Completamente rinnovato 3 camere da letto

Novità nel mercato degli affitti di Vineyard! Duplex al secondo piano con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni, completamente rinnovato, con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici / arredi moderni e aria condizionata regolabile individualmente in ogni stanza. L'unità offre un luminoso spazio di vita a volta aperta con un grande televisore a schermo piatto e una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bar dell'isola. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono su un ponte avvolgente con griglia. Piacevole passare il tempo sotto la pioggia o il sole!

La camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto king size con TV a schermo piatto e bagno separato. Il piano principale ha un bagno e due camere da letto: una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con due letti singoli. Tutti i nuovi letti e lenzuola forniti.

Lo spazio esterno comprende una spaziosa doccia esterna, un tavolo da picnic e un parcheggio per 2-3 auto.

L'unità si trova a 1 miglio dal traghetto, dalle spiagge, dai negozi e dai ristoranti di Vineyard Haven e dista meno di mezzo miglio dal campo da golf pubblico Mink Meadows, piste ciclabili pubbliche / sentieri pedonali e Faro di West Chop.

Nota: il residente per tutto l'anno vive al piano terra tramite un ingresso laterale separato.

We loved our stay in this home. Perfect for hosting family and friends. The location is a nice walk to Vineyard Haven, Little Owen Beach, West Chop Woods, sunset at West Chop, pickleball, and Tashmoo Lake. There is also golf at Mink Meadows just five minutes away. The neighborhood is lovely - quiet and welcoming. The house has everything you need - including a lovely yard, fire pit, and outdoor shower. While a car is always helpful to explore MV - you do not need one here. You can walk and bike to most locations. The bus also goes by the end of the road if you are planning a longer excursion. The hosts are responsive and always available. Don't miss this property!

Sweet relaxation

The house is as described, comfortable, well equipped, spacious. Loved hanging out on the deck watching turkeys, squirrels, & even a couple of skunks ( luckily no one scared them!). Helpful ( very) to have a car, or bike for getting around—not entirely convenient for walking. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

We Came Back!

Mom and teens enjoyed our second stay at this terrific VH duplex. The home has a great layout and is well stocked, and the yard is beautiful. We also enjoyed the deck daily. Perfect for our family!

Gorgeous place!

The space was beautifully decorated, clean with plenty of space for everyone. It was very private even though the owners were on premises. The walk into town was about 20ish mins so not super close but definitely walkable. Owners were extremely responsive when asking questions.

Good Property, Good Manager, but you are not getting the whole house

My family and I have spent a week on the Island for the last few years, and we had another amazing week. Absolutely love the retreat that Martha’s Vineyard is. The property manager was very accommodating and the home was nice enough, though the beds are old and make a lot of noise whenever you move. All good… we’re not unrealistic with our expectations. If I have one gripe it’s that the home was listed as a whole house rental (that’s what we expected based on the price we paid), but it is not. You are renting the upstairs unit in a duplex. Aside from that, it was as advertised.

Just right!

The property is as shown in pictures.- newly remodeled. It is clean and very comfortable and has everything one needs- including good kitchen utensils, saran and tin foil - which I always find to be a helpful touch. It felt like a tree house when sitting on the deck. Friendly and helpful owner living downstairs. We would happily return.

Great spot

This property was exactly as pictured and described. It was large enough for the 6 of us to stay in. My son loved the outdoor shower, fire pit and hammock. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The location is nice too. Quiet area. We walked to downtown vineyard haven a couple of times.

Wonderful stay

This home is perfect for a family or group of friends. The outdoor space is lovely. Fire pit with cafe lighting was nice and the hammock was relaxing. Inside is just as advertised. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. TVs all work and so did internet and cable during our entire month stay. The host is gracious and really cares about your stay. We stayed for a month and it was a terrific experience.

Excellent Bonding Time

Visited MV Memorial Day Weekend. Although, the weather wasn’t cooperating and it was cold windy and rainy we had a marvelous time at the Flynn Family residence. The rental was clean and just as pictured. The hosts were responsive and very pleasant. They even checked in with us to help us turn on the heat when temps dipped unseasonably. We enjoyed our stay and our children especially loved the the old school radio where we had a wonderful dance party in the living room. Would have loved to enjoy the outdoor space more but it’s New England and you just can’t predict the weather. We did manage to grill. We made the best of it and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the lobster roll at Sandy’s Fish and Chips near by. We definitely will come back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Fantastic Experience

This property was a great getaway from the city for my family. It exceeded our expectations; the location of the house allowed us to enjoy all our favorite activities such as walking on the beach, biking, playing tennis, and more. We highly recommend the house. We would certainly come back.

Well-appointed and cheerfully designed

This house has everything you need and then some! We were here for Thanksgiving and were able to cook a fabulous dinner with five chefs in the kitchen! The Island is perfect and and the kitchen has everything you’d need: food processor, blender, toaster, good pans (not the usual low quality in a rental!), cookie sheets, measuring cups, and, of course, a lobster pot! The house is recently renovated so everything is new and chic. There are mini-splits in every room, two beautifully-designed and well laid out bathrooms, and three very comfortable bedrooms. We were five and were very comfortable. We’d happily stay here again!
