“Wir fanden das Hotel super. Hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und dann tageweise All-In dazu genommen, wenn wir den ganzen Tag im Hotel waren. Die gesamte Anlage is toll und sauber. Das Personal auch super nett. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen, es war ein toller Urlaub. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht, dass Liegen mit Handtüchern belegen am Pool. Es wurden zwar Zettel auf die Plätze gelegt, dass das nicht gewünscht ist und diese entfernt werden. Das Entfernen hab ich aber nie gesehen. Aber...

"La struttura è davvero confortevole. È composta da tre plessi distinti: il primo attaccato alla spiaggia, il secondo alle sue spalle in cui si trova la piscina grande e il terzo (più nuovo) un po' più distante, composto principalmente di camere con piscina privata. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel primo, che risulta il più comodo per chi preferisce andare al mare. Ottima la formula all-inclusive, con ristoranti (tre) molto assortiti e con prodotti di discreta qualità. La proposta è molto simile nel complesso, ma variano le portate principali cucinate al momento. Quello della struttura più distante dal mare propone una pizza "mangiabile", anche per gli standard italiani. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante a pagamento presente sul terrazzo del secondo complesso. Le camere sono belle e molto pulite. La nostra camera 4109 aveva l'accesso diretto al bar della spiaggia, molto comodo per i bambini che potevano uscire anche da soli per raggiungere l'area giochi esterna, restando sotto il nostro sguardo vigile. Unica nota sotto la sufficienza è stata l'animazione, quasi inesistente per gli adulti e piuttosto scarsa per i bambini. Nel complesso una struttura molto bella, che conquisterebbe ancora più valore se migliorasse la gestione dei ragazzi, lasciando i genitori un po' più liberi. La posizione è ottima, a circa 15 min dal centro di Chania. Bella la spiaggia privata, direttamente accessibile (a meno di 50 metri) dalle camere. Ci sono la Spa, due palestre, padel, tennis e sala giochi"
"Il THEARTEMIS è una struttura meravigliosa. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido con il nostro bambino di 12 anni. Il personale dell'hotel gentilissimo e cordiale in tutte le richieste. La nostra camera tripla aveva il terzo letto/divano troppo duro per dormire ed immediatamente a seguito della mia richiesta hanno provveduto a fornire un topper che ha migliorato efficientemente la situazione. La posizione dell'hotel è a 150m dal mare che però purtroppo è spesso mosso e non sempre agibile. In compenso l'hotel ha una piscina stupenda con lettini e bar adiacente. Inoltre nell'area SPA ci sono altre 2 piscine più piccole e meno affollate dove potersi godere la vacanza. Il servizio di teli mare per la spiaggia/piscina fornisce asciugamani grandi e morbidi. Il ristorante dell'hotel consente di cenare/pranzare sia all'interno che all'esterno dove l'atmosfera è molto piacevole."

The only thing that could have been better was the gym, which is only a small room that must be booked 1 day in adance becuase only 3 people can fit at once. But this is really the only negative item of everything. Otherwise is very beautiful and i would definitly reccomend it. Thanks to while staff which made the entire stay so wonderful !!!"
