“Tim was clean, jets in hot tub worked, patio clean. It’s obviously older, but is clean, comfortable, the elevators always work and staff is always cordial and courteous! I’m a return visitor because it’s quiet at the end of the beach near the inlet and we love the hot tub!”

“Tge pool was gross and not functional. Beach view was amazing. Balcony room was perfect! The adult slide in the lobby was a hit for my kids. ”

“Could not stay in assigned room, or a replacement. Dirty, soiled, cigarette smoke and marijuana smell. Communication with staff was awful. Checked out and went to another hotel. Worst experience!”

“I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.”

“Need to check each room to make sure that everything is in running order we had a room that the shower ran hot water only no cold water ran in shower had to be moved to another room then that room the coffee maker did not work had to go get another one. Other than that beds were clean so was the room staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Tough day apparently for the well meaning front desk staff and manager. Checked in at 5:30pm on a busy Saturday evening in March. Pull out couch was opened with mattress in half and bottom sheet along with it. Top sheet was in a heap on the night stand. Trash can in kitchen “suite” was on its side. Hmmmm went back down to share with front desk. Manager apologized and said they would take care of it. Also would address stale cigarette odor. Before leaving for dinner 6:45 told staff we were...

“Great location but the rhe pictures are outdated just like the rooms. If you planning on just sleeping there it will get the job done for what it is worth. ”

“Latch on door was broken and ripped off- I ended up barricading my room with one of the chairs in the room. I pulled back sheets on the bed and there were yellow and brown stains throughout. Room next door was incredibly loud throughout the night, to the point where the police showed up around 3am. ”
