“Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Tina at check-in was friendly and welcoming. Had dinner in the Pub. Food and service were great. Only complaint was that the lighting was poor which made the menu hard to read. I had to use the light on my cell phone to read the menu. ”

“Wow! Nice place. The owners reached out to me and helped me secure a two bed option when I had mistakenly booked a queen bed only. My brother was delighted not to have to sleep on the floor. Also, their suggestion for dinner that night was fantastic.”

“Historic house, lovely town, great restoration!!! you can walk to everything with the exception of some of the areas top recreational opportunities like the Greenbrier River Trail, The only issue is noise from surrounding traffic and keep in mind this house is 220 years old - it creaks!”

“Wonderful Bed & Breakfast, 1 mile up the hill from the Harpers Ferry historic district. The house itself was charming, I enjoyed exploring it. I absolutely loved my room, with it's old school furnishings and a jetted tub - perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking. Megan, the Chef and manager was terrific. “It was a pleasure staying at the Watchapreague Inn. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, it’s right on the water, with a beautiful park with gazebo across the street, as well as a top rated seafood restaurant. The bed was stiff, and the staff actually brought me a foam mattress topper! My husband loved his stiff bed. Great little gift shop with a wide selection of t-shirts and gifts, free breakfast, very good coffee, free bicycles and kayaks too. I highly recommend this...

“We stayed in the main house and the accommodations were excellent and staff very friendly. Seems they are just getting established as the liquor license was issued the day of our departure and in house dining was not yet available. Breakfast was top shelf. It is a bit remote and off property activities require a long drive.”
