“Room was very dirty and smells like a dirty feet. Really dissatisfied ”

“The location is good, the breakfast was perfect, and I was very pleased with the pool; the cleaning staff was very friendly. The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to navigate. The staff is friendly—though not every single person—and the bathrooms are in need of a plumbing overhaul. In my case, I had to switch rooms due to a leak, and in the room we moved to, the water didn't drain quickly. If you are attending your child's graduation, I recommend staying somewhere closer by.”

“Due to wind, cable channels were not working properly. Only had two channels. Other than that, very good hotel. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, could’ve had more fresh fruit but that’s alright! The coffee in the lobby was very good too. The room/bathroom was very clean. The shower head was confusing though, it was spraying the water with a lot of pressure and I couldn’t reach to change it. But overall, the stay here was very nice and I definitely will come back again. ”

“No issues with staff or the room. The biggest issue was the other people staying. blasting TV all night and morning and screaming in the halls constantly. Non of this do I blame the hotel for. Everything else was good.”

“My flight got cancelled and I was a day late checking in. I contacted two numbers to notify the hotel but the front desk didn’t receive the notice. They had us down for a no show and cancelled our reservation. The employee working the desk went above and beyond to give us rooms and said his manager will fix the issue in the morning. He was so professional and courteous. I was very pleased on how this was handled. Thank you!”
